The 70th Season

See the world with us! Our 70th season packs adventure in every note. From fall festivals & Christmas magic to four-leaf clovers & fútbol matches, we’ll take you on a journey around the globe through traditional and contemporary symphonic works.

The season is infused with local collaborations paired with international guest artists like Bavarian Philharmonic oboist Hideki Machida, Spanish guest conductor José Luis Castillo, and in May, we’ll welcome back pianist Fei-Fei Dong (Planes, Trains & Automobiles, 2015).

In addition to our Main Stage Season, we are excited to bring you even more music off the Brico Stage! DPO With a Twist, our popular, intimate chamber series features small ensembles over dinner & drinks in the heart of downtown Denver’s theatre district. We are also excited to announce nine DPO musicians — including Music Director Lawrence Golan and violinist Elle Li — will perform in Germany with our trans-Atlantic partner, the Bavarian Philharmonic Orchestra. Stay tuned for info on a live-stream of Mozart’s Requiem direct from Hercules Hall in Munich’s Royal Residenz!
