  • Dancing Pines Gin
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon Peel

Classic English cocktail for a classic English piece. Early gin was invented within Farnaby’s lifetime, so it only seems appropriate. $10.

This wintery sage-infused whiskey mule is a perfect blend of forest-y and refreshing as Kamen originally composed the quintet for the Canadian Brass. $9
