What better way to usher in the holiday season than with music?
For many, it’s a time of year filled with memories of Christmases past, a festive party, stories shared with those dear to us and perhaps those we have lost. While our individual paths may be very different, it is my hope that this evening’s music draws upon what we have in common this time of year: hope, peace, joy and love.
As the artistic director and conductor of the Colorado Chorale, I am thrilled to be collaborating for performances with the Denver Philharmonic as we present music of the season this weekend at Holiday Cheer! Whether singing Handel or familiar holiday carols, the singers enjoy sharing the poetry and perspective of the season through song. We invite you to experience this music with us and join your voices with ours as we sing together some of the beloved songs of the season…
