Celebrating 75 Years of Music & Community
On a Tuesday night in May 1948, an imposing figure took the stage in a long black dress. Maestro Antonia Brico, the first woman to conduct the New York Philharmonic, impressed the sold-out crowd of critics and patrons with the inaugural concert of what would later become the Denver Philharmonic.
75 years later, we invite you to join us for our anniversary season sparkling with international soloists, familiar gems and hidden treasures! The 2022–23 Season culminates in a brilliant encore of our 1948 premiere.
